Good decisions begin with good information.
Local elections matter. The people we elect make decisions that shape our community, from how taxpayer dollars are spent to how our town is governed and how its future is planned.
Yet finding reliable information about local candidates, government decisions, and important issues isn’t always easy.
That’s why we created Hartwick Election Facts.
Our goal is simple: to make it easier for Hartwick residents to find the information they need, examine the evidence, and reach their own conclusions.
What You’ll Find Here
We’ll bring together information from a variety of sources, including:
- Local reporting: Links to relevant journalism from publications such as AllOtsego and The Daily Star.
- Public records: Town Board meeting minutes, budgets, official documents, and other publicly available information.
- Election information: Resources about candidates, elections, and issues affecting Hartwick.
- Facts and context: Source-based information that helps readers better understand public statements, decisions, and debates.
Whenever possible, we’ll link directly to original sources so you can review the information yourself.
Independent by Design
Hartwick Election Facts is an independent community information initiative. We are not affiliated with the Town of Hartwick government or any candidate’s campaign.
We believe residents should have access to factual information, regardless of their political views or affiliations.
Our purpose isn’t to tell you what to think. It’s to help you find the information you need to think for yourself.
